Clock hours for National Board Certification
Individuals who submit complete components for initial National Board certification, or who submit a complete National Board renewal portfolio, are eligible for clock hours.
In September 2018, the Professional Educator Standards Board made policy changes (PDF) to clock hours for National Board Certification and renewal. When more is known regarding changes to the Maintenance of Certification process, the board plans to review this policy.
Request clock hours for National Board certification through the OSPI National Board office.
